He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Carroll and Christine Tipton Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Fern Caskey Carroll; his children, Mindy Edmondson (Chris) and Matthew Wayne Carroll (Rebecca); his brothers, David Carroll and Jeffrey Carroll (Karen); and his grandchildren, Ronan Edmondson and Sara Edmondson.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
