He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Elizabeth Towles and Lillian Vice; his aunt Geraldine "Gerry" Ham; and his father-in-law James Nelson Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Kelley Shaw Rose; his parents, Stanley Tilton Rose and Sammie Jo Rose of Carlisle; his son Aaron David Rose (Sarah) of Winchester; his granddaughter Kaylee; his brother Phillip Lee Rose (Katie); his mother-in-law Bernice Shaw; his siblings-in-law, Lee Stormbringer (Bebe Bond), Denise Grammer (Terry), Vivian Heaton (Bill) and David Shaw; his nieces and nephews, Ashleigh Rose, Ashley Grammer, Kari Grammer, Will Heaton, Eric Shaw, Marla Gumm, Lea Dotson and Whitney Hernandez; his uncle Billy Rose (Peggy); and his aunt Maxine Woosley (Doug).
