She was predeceased by: her spouse Merl Dailey Goldey; her parents, Charles Walter Rice and Mildred Mitchell Manley; and her brothers, Neville Gay, Robert Rice and William Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannie G. Walker, Janet A. Cox, Johnathan M. Aseel and Elizabeth R. Guerra; her sisters, Effie Laye of Versailles, Myrtle King of Versailles and Julia Woodrow; and her grandchildren, Stephen C. Cooper, III and Rebecca Walker. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
