He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert and Bertie; his wife Shirley; and his sister Betty Risk. He is survived by: his uncle Joe Tuttle; his sister Betty Jo; his sons, David L. Tuttle and James A. Tuttle; his siblings, Brenda Barber (Joe) and Steve Tuttle (Lisa) of Pittsburg, PA; his brother-in-law Jerry Risk; his grandchildren, Dawn Marie Page (Chris) and Jonathan D. Tuttle of Key West, FL; his stepgrandson Matthew Page; and his great grandchildren, Xavier B. Young, Anna Page and Autumn Page. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
