He was predeceased by: his parent Ira Tupts,; his son Jeffrey T. Tupts; his son-in-law Gary Terry; and his sister Rita Hendricks. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Proctor Tupts; his children, Steve Tupts (Martha), Rita "Bon" Larimore (Gary), Cathy Terry and Willie Tupts (Tracie); his grandchildren, Justin Tupts (Brittany), Erin Schreiner (James), Caitlin Rickert (Joe), Cooper Tupts, Zoe Tupts and Kenzie Terry; and his siblings, Lois Brown and Clinton Tupts (Darlene). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
