He was predeceased by: his father H. T. Reed; and his sister Angela Reed. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Christopher Reed; his stepchildren, Woodrow Lee Givens, Jr. of Lexington, Jonathan Scott Givens of Lexington, Tabitha Nicole Givens of Lexington and Chase Alexander Givens of Lexington; and his brother-in-law Bryan William Simpson (Heather). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
