She is survived by: her sons, Daniel P. Murphy (Melissa) and Joseph T. Murphy (Summer); her siblings, Rebecca Hutchinson (George), Denise Johnson (Kenneth), Leonard Underwood, Barry Parker, Brenda Parker, Suzette Legree (Dennis), Rodney Parker (Alexandria) and Fadqa Shakir; her grandchildren, Tylan Murphy, Terrance Clayton-Murphy, Makari Murphy, Maya Murphy, Noah Emerson and Micah Murphy; her great grandchildren, Adeleah and Trenton; her uncle Everett Willis (Nina); her aunt Rosa Willis; and her sisters-in-law, Katherine Parker, Paris, Paula Murphy and Cathy Murphy.
