Howard (Loretta), Terrisena H. Raglin (Glenn) and Steve Howard (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Kenneth E. Howard (Brandy), La-Toria Cochran (Allen), Kendra Howard, Amber Raglin, Bradley Raglin and Richard Kirtley, Jr.. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild.
