She was predeceased by: her parents, Garve Beliles and Flories Beliles; her siblings, Thomas, Eva Nell Philpott, Dorothy Rubino and Betty Grise; and her sons, Bobby Ray, James Roger and Billy Clay Mefford.
She is survived by: her husband Homer "Coley Mefford; her daughters, Judy Macomber, Jan Northern and Pat Scandrani; her siblings, Nancy June Syfert, Marcie Howard, Sandy Burden, Tracy Beliles and Terry Beliles; her grandchildren, Mark, Paul Macomber, Steve Northern, Leila, Joseph and Summer Scandrani; and her great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Ana Macomber, Ethan, Owen Scandrani and Derek Northern. She is also survived by the oldest child of nine living children.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators.
