He was predeceased by: his former wife Lucy Duncan; and his daughter Donna Sue Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Duncan of Irvine; his children, LeeAnn Duncan (Adam), Patty D. Warfield (Wayne), Jane Ann Duncan and Michael Becknell (Laura); his stepchildren, Tina Cole, Christy Carroll, Debbie Conrad and Billy Carroll; his great grandchildren, Michelle Collier (Emma), Brittany, James Gentry, Lakin Duncan, Maddox Rose, Harley Duncan, Mon'et Sutherland (Persephone), Talon Sutherland, Kayden, Ryker Nichols, Leon Sutherland, Tritan Sutherland, Bryan Literal (Adelyn), Christopher Rust Jr., Donnie Rust, Jordan Becknell and Connor Becknell; and his siblings, Bobby Duncan Versailles Wade (Cleta Rae) and Terry Lewis Versailles Kathy (Micheal).
