He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Owen and Della Mae Sorrell Bray (Robert Bray); his stepfather Robert Bray (Mary Lou Todd); and his sisters, Donna Sue Todd, Cheryl Ann Todd and Edith Todd.
He is survived by: his children, Amber Todd (Jacob Smith), Miranda Richardson, Madison Richardson, Robert Todd, Billy Todd (Samantha), Cody Blevins (Amanda), Dustin Blevins (Cassidy) and Curtis Richardson; and his siblings, Della Whitlock (Mike), Eva Palacios (Frank), Willie Todd and Bobby Bray (Stephanie). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
