Chester H. Lay Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Martin Lay; his parents, Vernal Lay and Anna Games Lay; and his sisters, Yvonne Sparks, Imogene Yount and Verleen Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Hamilton of Georgetown, Carol Workman (Phillip) of Cynthiana and Betty Jo Phelps (Joe) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Missie Hickey, Tammy Howard, Shane Bays, Amy Jo Depoy, Kyle Phelps, Laura Phelps and Elizabeth Phelps; and his caregiver Elaine Russell. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
