It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carroll Douglas Botts (Versailles, Kentucky), who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Botts and Kathleen "Kat" Botts; and his brother Kenneth "Bubby" Botts. He is survived by: his sister Charlene Davis of Louisville; his children, Amy Botts (Amie) of Lexington and Al Botts (Joanna) of Mt. Sterling; his grandson Aaron Botts; and his cousin Gayle Bartley of Mt. Sterling.
Also, in keeping with Doug's giving spirit he has made the generous donation to the University of Louisville Willed Body Bequeathal Program.
