She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Hughes and Ruby Jones Hughes; and her brother John Allen Hughes. She is survived by: her son Steven Douglas Goodrum (Sherry); and her grandchildren, Ethan Douglas Goodrum and Claire Elise Goodrum of Versailles, Kentucky..
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 6:00 AM at the Crafton Funeral Home (512 E Cedar St, Franklin, KY 42134). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at the White's Chapel Cemetery (7455 Plano Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42104).
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Franklin First Baptist Church, 303 East Cedar Street, Franklin, KY 42134.
