She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Carl Rice (Bobby); her parents, Reverend Lawrence Bowman and Lorine Bowman; her siblings, Larry Bowman and Juanita Jones; and her brother-in-law Cecil Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Jones (William), Robbie Rice (Kelli), Kim Marcum (Eugene) and Tony Rice; her grandchildren, Andrea Mackey (Ben), Lori (Josh DeVore), Aaron Marcum (Megan), Tara Marcum and Robert Rice III; her great grandchildren, Eli Mackey, Camden Mackey, Hazel Mackey, Silas Mackey and Olivia DeVore; her brother Lonnie Bowman (Sally); and her sister-in-law Rhonda Bowman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
