He is survived by: his wife Lois Coleman Tyler; his grandson Tyler Haslam; his great grandchildren, Will Haslam of Fort Benning, GA and Luke Haslam of Fort Benning, GA; his brother Reed Tyler (June Tyler) of Verona, KY; his son Steve Middleton of Ewing, VA.; and also Marla Haslam.
