He is survived by: his close friend Susan Benefield; his children, Brandon Mackey (Ashley) of Salida, CA, Travis Mackey of Waterford, CA, Jeremy Kirkland (Krissy) of Warsaw, KY and Latisha Hale (Jaymee) of Sanders, KY; his son-in-law Rusty Hale of Verona; and his sisters, Patty, Kaye (Dave) and Debbie (Rick). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
