He was predeceased by: his brother John Moore; his stepchildren, Ted Ryder and Teresa Ryder; and his stepgrandson Sawyer Webb. He is survived by: his wife Joy Ryder Moore; his sons, Russell D'wayne Moore (Theresa) and Gerald Eugene Moore (Kathleen); his siblings, William Moore, Robert Moore, Ronald Moore, Diane Manter and Pam Wiley; and his stepchildren, Diane Young (Terry), Kristina Shope (John), Todd Ryder (Belinda), Tracy Bradshaw (Alan), Gregory Ryder, Shawn Ryder (Patricia Bednarski) and Michelle Garcia. He is also survived by 20 step grandchildren and 19 step great grandchildren.
