He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Pearl Edna Strickland Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, John William Cunningham (Kathy) of Fire Brick, Glen Coles Cunningham (Suzanne) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Terri Etta Brown (Joe) of Milford, OH; his stepdaughters, Stacy Owen of Louisville and Rachel Owen (Andrea Hewitt) of Nashville, TN; and his siblings, Jim Cunningham (Donna) of Rite Run, OH and Julie Cunningham of McDermott, Ohio. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great grand children.
