He was predeceased by : his parents, Edmond Mulcahy and Dorotha Premorel Mulcahy; and his son Michael Thomas Mulcahy. He is survived by : his wife Patricia McKinley Mulcahy; his sons, Kevin Mulcahy (Pam) and Andy Mulcahy; his daughter-in-law Cindy Rabe Mulcahy; and his siblings, Sharon Kilgore (Garry) and Timothy Mulcahy. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
