She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cuzick and Alberta Cuzick; her husband Charlie Baker; and her siblings, Merle Cuzick, Lee Cuzick, Ronnie Cuzick, Jimmy Joe Cuzick, Thomas Henry Cuzick and Rosetta Jean Cuzick.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary K. Bischoff (Lawrence), Joyce Cozine (Wilbur) and Freddie Cuzick (Phylis).
