He is survived by: his wife Donna Phillips; his children, Jason Phillips, Stephanie Keene (Daniel), Jennifer Gordley (Kevin) and Veronica Swackhammer (Aaron); his siblings, Steven Phillips (Erin), Wanda Chumley (Philip) and Marie Woods (Reggie); and his uncle Tommy Roy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (4350 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
