He is survived by: his children, David Merida (Lora) of Verona, KY, Robert Gene Merida (Amanda) and Kathaleen Hamilton (Jeff) of Verona, KY; and his sister Ester Merida of Crittenden. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
