He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Ray and Maddie Lou Coates Masters; his daughter Laura Kaye Masters; and his siblings, Kenneth Masters, Colleen Waugh and Eva Lee Kinman.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kaye Jones Masters; his daughters, Deborah Ann Stokley (Michael) of Verona and Karen Lee Masters of Verona; and his grandson Caden Stokley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid 19 restrictions from the government, graveside services will be private.
