It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Mae O'Keefe Welsh of Verona, Kentucky, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Charles O'Keefe and Ralph Welsh; and her daughters, Karen Kist and Colleen Skaats. She is survived by: her children, Michael O'Keefe (Tracy) and Pam Dye (Joe); and her sister Jane Lother. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren.
