She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Boots and Lorain Boots; her husband James Ernest Haddix; and her siblings, Jim, Pete, Dude, Ralph, Mabel and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, James Ronald Haddix (Jenny) of Fairfield, OH, Montell Haddix (Sally) of Warsaw, KY, Linda Wendel of Verona, KY, Tina Yancey (Nelson) of Walton, KY and Elaine Jones (Steve) of Verona, KY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
