He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Vergil Wallace Webb and Necia Aleyna Hale Webb; and his siblings, John Webb, Debra Webb and Alice Stapleton.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Webb (Robin) and Megan Webb of Pikeville; his siblings, James Tony Webb of Horse Cave and Sue Hatcher of Pikeville, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Trevez, Izaiah, Antonio, Noah, Jack and Memphis; and his great grandchild Meredith.
