It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Franklin Quicksell of Vancleve, Kentucky, born in Campton, Kentucky, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Quicksell and Lillie Barnett Quicksell; and his brothers, Merle Collins, Wasson Collins and Alexzander Collins.

He is survived by: his sisters, Grace Fahr and Cheslie Parr; his wife Wilma Short Quicksell of Vancleve, KY.; and his brother E. J. Quicksell (Gloria). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.

I restored many skillets for him and actually have 2 of his now. I called his cell and left my number if you would like to call.
