She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Fugate (Linda) of Jackson, Gary Fugate of Quicksand, Sam Fugate (Emily) of Mount Sterling, Lynn Fugate of Frankfort, Henry Fugate (Martha Jo) of Haddix, Greg Fugate (Joyce) of Oakdale, Eddie Fugate (Sally) of Jackson, Eric Fugate (Marsha) of Beattyville and Bill Fugate Jr. of Jackson; and her siblings, Pat Arebelo (John) of Lexington, Roger Church (Juanita) of Alexandria, Freddie Church of Morehead, Mike Church of Richmond, Elwood, Danny, Russell, Carson, Elizabeth, Ruth Ann and Loretta. She is also survived by Twenty four Grandchildren, a Host of Great Grandchildren, a Host of Nieces, Nephews, and Other Loving Relatives.
