He is survived by: his wife "Needie" Burnett (Gross) of Nevada; his daughters, Melissa Burnett, Sandra Wasson (Barry) and Stephanie Banks (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Jessica Shimfessel, Ashley Beatty, Jonathan Wasson, Poem Lee, Samuel Lee and Micah Lee; his great grandchildren, Phoenix and Lily Shimfessel; and his siblings, Beulah Conyers (Bob), Ivory McMahan, Chalmer Tolson (Grace) and Paul Tolson.
