He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Caudill and Sadie "Sally" Bolin Caudill. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Banks Caudill of Vancleve, KY.; his stepsons, Oliver Hays (Vada), Phillip Hays (Jennifer) of Wolverine, KY., David Caudill (Shirley) of Jackson, KY and Gary Caudill (Michelle) of Booneville, KY.; his grandchildren, Brandi Hayes, Ryan Hayes, Chelsea Hayes, Abby Hayes, Faith Mayes, Preslee Pelfrey, Sidney Hayes and Bristol Hays; and his nephews, Jonathan Caudill, Chad Caudill and Steve Caudill.
