He was predeceased by: his parent Taylor Neace; and his siblings, Pryce Short Neace, Charlie Neace Jr. and Carlona Neace. He is survived by: his parent Polly Noble Neace; his wife Elvira Neace; his daughter Lesa Brown; his grandchildren, Brittany Mullins, Brennan Chase Haddix and Kaileigh Brown; his great grandchildren, Aubree Haddix, Harper Mullins and Greysen Mullins; and his nieces and nephews, Charles Neace, Darrell Neace, Everett Neace, Janice Smith, Mable Smith, Brenda Cole and Sharon Campbell.
