He was predeceased by: his parents, Nasby Hall and Ethel Newell Hall; and his siblings, James Oliver Hall, Carlos Hall, Rubert Hall, Joe Hall, Vonda Queen and Betty Haney.

He is survived by: his sister Deloris Hall of Vanceburg, KY..

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Harvey Cemetery.
