He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Harris Howes of Vanceburg, Kentucky.; his daughter Deborah Lee Dulkoski (J. J.) of Moundsville; his stepson Thomas Harris-Cainbridge (Lori); and his siblings, Mildred Murray of Vanceburg, Carol Stonebreaker of Georgetown, Ohio., Charles Howes, Rezin Howes of Freeport, Ohio., Robert Howes and Kenny Howes.
