He is survived by: his wife Muriel Ruth Thacker Johnson of Vanceburg, Kentucky.; and his daughters, Amanda Moore of Garrison, Nicky Stafford of Black Oak and Glenna Collins (Billy) of Vanceburg, Kentucky..
