She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lambert and Olive DeHart (Caudill); her brothers, Donald DeHart and Gary DeHart; her stepfather Cletis DeHart; and her son-in-law Allen Farrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Speaks (Brown) of Longwood and Melissa Brown-Farrell of Morehead; and her sister Carol DeHart (Carl) of Tipp City, Ohio.. She is also survived by family and many friends.
