He was predeceased by: his daughter Becky Malone; and his siblings, Gene Tully, Gary Tully and Vivian Adams. He is survived by: his sons, Everett Tully, Jr. and Bubby Tully; and his siblings, Kay Highfield of Manchester, Amy Woods of Hillsboro, OH, Barbara Toller of Georgetown, OH, Jessie Clark of Maysville and Darrell Tully of Vanceburg. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
