He is survived by: his wife Sue Switzer; his children, Josh Switzer (Christina) and Crystal Roberts (Brent); his siblings, Dean Switzer, Evelyn Hardy and Jackie Applegate; and his grandchildren, Kayson, Jaid and Caroline.
