He is survived by: the mother of his children Relna Jordan Lewis; his siblings, Sylvester, Oval, Merle, Paul, Robert, Dorothy and Anna Belle; his children, Brenda Combs (Ronnie) of Morehead, KY, Diana Holleran (Kevin) of Lexington, KY, David Lewis (Lynn) of Salt Lick, KY and Alisa Bailey (Neal) of Morehead, KY; his daughter-in-law Patricia Lewis of Vanceburg, KY.; his sister Easter Dunlap of Fort Wayne, IN; and his grandchildren, April Adkins, Bryan, Allison Combs, Elizabeth Donato, Josh Powell, Samantha Zuniga, Rosemary Craig, Jacob, Zack Griffith, Sarah Ginn, Rodney Skaggs, Chad, Matthew Holleran, Christy Moore, Tyler Lewis, Taylor and Todd Bailey.
