He is survived by: his brothers, Cecil, Tom, Fred Allen, Ronnie, Harold Lloyd and Kenny Applegate; his children, Mandie Sizemore (Chad) of Vanceburg, Angie Speckner (Larry) of Tampa, Florida., Jason Applegate (Sarah Gibson) of Lexington and Josh Applegate (Angela Brock) of Flemingsburg; his grandchildren, Lexie Sizemore, Ethan Sizemore and Jaxon Sizemore; and his siblings, Ilene Bailey of Irvine Ky, Robert Applegate of Tollesboro and Stanley Applegate (Kellie) of Sharonville, Ohio..
