He is survived by: his son Travis Patton (Lacey) of Vanceburg, Kentucky.; his grandsons, Reid Patton and Remy Patton; and his siblings, Barb Gilbert of Vanceburg, Kentucky, Debbie Cooper of Vanceburg, Kentucky, Judy Eldridge of Lexington, Kentucky., Tony Patton (Heather) of Garrison, Kentucky, Dobo Patton of Vanceburg, Kentucky., Danny Patton of Vanceburg, Kentucky. and Allen Patton of Vanceburg, Kentucky..

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gaydos Funeral Home (159 2nd St, Vanceburg, KY 41179). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evans Cemetery.
