He is survived by: his wife Helen Collins Bloomfield of Vanceburg, Kentucky.; his children, Karen Lopez of Maysville, Kentucky., Patricia Mejia of Maysville, Kentucky., Allen Bloomfield Jr. of Wallingford, James Bloomfield (Revena) of Olive Hill and Adam Bloomfield (Mackenzie) of Vanceburg, Kentucky.; and his brother Rick Bloomfield (Brenda) of Vanceburg.
