It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Fraley of Van Lear, Kentucky, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Fraley and Louise Peyton Fraley; his sister Diana Sue Fraley; and his nephew Jason Lane Fraley. He is survived by: his wife Nora Howard Fraley; his daughter Rebecca Fraley Newman (Jonathan); his granddaughter Ashton Renee Newman; his brothers, Mervil Fraley (Paula) and Renny Fraley (Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Layna Fraley Livingston, Taylor Fraley and Hunter Fraley.
