He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Blair and Maxine Taylor Blair; and his brother Donald Ray Blair. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Blair of Van Lear, KY; his siblings, Marshall Blair, Jr. (Sherrie) of Wabash, IN, Greg Blair (Chanda) of Staffordsville, KY and Debbie Hackworth (Gary) of Van Lear, KY; his grandchildren, Kaydence Webb, Addyson Webb, Raegan Webb, Carson Blevins, Grayson Blevins, Lawson Blevins and Blair Webb; and his close friend Remi.
