He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Shepherd. He is survived by: his mother Sue Ann Johnson Shepherd; his spouse Ashley Bartley Shepherd; his children, Ashton Michael Shepherd, Sydney Grace Shepherd and Grayson Lane Shepherd; and his sister Teresa Shepherd Hall (Estill) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
