He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Faulkner and Terra Hopkins Faulkner. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Crisp Faulkner; his sister Phyllis Ann Faulkner of Pikeville; his daughters, Terri Curry (Duane) of Bowling Green, KY and Dawn Reed (Tommy) of Prestonsburg; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew, Hope and Luke.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial contributions be made to the Floyd County Animal Shelter, PO Box 1502, Prestonsburg, KY 41653, envelopes will available at the funeral home.
