He is survived by: his wife Darlene Pratt Swiger; his children, Chad Swiger of Versailles, KY, Sarah Anderson (Jason) of Georgetown, KY and Kitty McAlpin (Jacob) of Van Lear, KY; his siblings, James A. Swiger (Patsy), Mark Swiger, Amelia D. Shanley (Pete) and Linda C. Vance; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Lincoln, Andalyn and Leah.
