He is survived by: his wife Karen Forsythe; his children, Sheena Marshall, Criston Forsythe (Jessica) and Cameron Forsythe; his grandchildren, Brooklynn O'Hara, Giovanni Sierra, Everlee Forsythe and Carson Forsythe; and his siblings, Sandra Hunt, Sharon Broussard, Jeana Duvall (Alvin) and Lee Forsythe (Bonnie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other dear family and friends.
