He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin and Myrtle Dunn Jaggers; his wife Barbara Joyce Meredith Jaggers; and his grandson Brian Jaggers. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Leon Jaggers (Cheryl) of Valley Station and James Keith Jaggers of Valley Station; his sister Versie Duvall of Tennessee; his granddaughter Samantha Carpenter; and his great grandchildren, Londyn and Kam.
