Phillips; her children, Linda Phillips, Joseph Phillips (Jackie), Arthur Phillips (Sharon) and Douglas Phillips (Vickie); her grandchildren, Melanie Staats, Melissa Raymond (Lance), Billie Rae Robinson (Josh), Victor Grant, Kyle Grant, Army Joseph Phillips Jr., Jenavieve Phillips, Jonathan Phillips, Derek Phillips, Adam Phillips, Army Specialist Zachary Phillips (Courtney) and Matthew Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Army Specialist Promotable, Sergeant Savannah Blaz, Carlie Staats Adam Phillips Jr., Ava Carr, Ava Phillips, Lia Phillips and Bella Phillips.
Services will take place at Newcomer Funeral Home- Southwest Chapel for immediate family members only due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions.
